The legacy of our city's first desegregated steakhouse (and Missouri's first purveyor of Greek-style gyros) has been carried on by the founder's son and son-in-law, Dean Jr. and Phil, and
is still a pillar of the community 60 years later. Patrons recently voted this St. Louis institution a TOP-FIVE metro area restaurant through their outpouring of positive online reviews.
